returns & exchanges
We always hope that you love your new items, but if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please follow the following steps:
1.) Make sure the item / product is completely unworn , un-used, and in perfect condition
2.) Make sure you are returning the item within 30 days of the original purchase date
3.) Call us at (435) 649-1256 (Cake Boutique) or (435) 649-3612 (c|two) to let us know why you are not happy with your purchase and we will provide you with a return approval. If it is not during our business hours, you may also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "your order number Return Request" as the e-mail title. Then please provide some information as to why you are returning the item in the body of the e-mail.
*All returns MUST have a return approval prior to being sent back to us
*We cannot accept any items returned to us without a return approval. Thank you for understanding.
*Items that also meet the criteria above may be exchanged for another item in store, but to do so, you must contact our customer service team and we are happy to help you through the process! (435) 649-3612 or email@example.com
*The customer is responsible for costs of the return shipping
*Please note, our return policy is applicable for store credit or exchange only (it never expires). We cannot provide refunds.
*Store credit / exchange is valid at all 3 of our stores - Cake, c|two, and Monroe Men's.
