If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please follow the following steps: 

1.) Make sure the item / product is completely unworn , un-used, and in perfect condition 

2.) Make sure you are returning the item within 30 days of the original purchase date

3.) Call us at (435) 649-1256 (Cake Boutique) or (435) 649-3612 (c|two) to let us know why you are not happy with your purchase and we will provide you with a return approval. If it is not during our business hours, you may also e-mail us at returns@cakeparkcity.com with "your order number Return Request" as the e-mail title. Then please provide some information as to why you are returning the item in the body of the e-mail. 

*All returns MUST have a return approval prior to being sent back to us 

*The customer is responsible for costs of the return shipping 

*Please note, our return policy is applicable for store credit or exchange only (it never expires).  We cannot provide refunds.
